Indian Head Massage

Done the traditional way, seated and fully clothed, a massage of key points starting from middle of the back and moving up to head and face. Releasing and awakening pressure points to allow the energies to flow. Feeling relaxed yet energised at the same time.

Done on a regular basis, this wonderful massage aids concentration, improves sleep, can cure headaches and relieve sinus pain and pressure and much more. From a quick half hour session or a longer forty five minutes, make it part of your monthly self-care routine.
